The three USB ports are currently disabled, but a future firmware update will allow you to connect USB storage to enable full PVR functionality, allowing you to pause and rewind live TV (and streams from the external inputs). You’ll also be able to schedule recordings remotely.
The Broadway 2T is much like the Sling Media Slingbox Pro-HD, but it’s easier to set up and PCTV doesn’t charge £21 for the privilege of streaming video to your iOS device. There are still a few areas that lack polish, but it’s the best network TV streamer we’ve seen so far. Until the USB ports can be used, though, we can’t quite give it an award.
