Sony BDP-S370 review
Great performance is paired with excellent internet services including BBC iPlayer. At this price, you can't ask for more.
It’s a thoughtful extra and makes the S370 even better value. If you don’t own an iPhone, most of this information can be accessed by pressing the remote’s Option button when playing a disc. As you’d expect, the S370 uses the usual PlayStation 3-style XMB interface, which is very easy to navigate.
If there’s one criticism we can level at the S370, it’s the small, rather dim display. It’s easy to see in a dimly lit room, but in daylight, you’ll need excellent eyesight to read it. However, aside from this small gripe, the S370 is an absolute bargain as long as you don’t want 3D support. If you do, the S470 will cost around £40 more when it launches in a couple of weeks.
