Best Black Friday deals 2024: Top offers and bargains this Cyber Monday
Looking for the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals? Our roundup features top offers including smartphone, TV and air fryer savings
Black Friday and Cyber Monday is finally here. While originally confined to the first Friday after American Thanksgiving, which falls on 29 November in 2024, retailers have been pushing their deals for quite some time, in fact, and we’ve been writing about these savings all month.
Whether you’re looking for a new TV, mattress, air fryer, vacuum cleaner, smartphone or what have you, there is a bountiful list of top bargains on a broad range of items ripe for the choosing.
However, while they bring with them substantial savings and great opportunities to secure premium products for less, Black Friday and Cyber Monday can also be quite a hectic shopping experience. With the myriad offers available, it can be difficult to know where to find the best deal on a product or whether a discount offers real savings, or is just price-adjustment trickery.
Here at Expert Reviews, we’ve honed our deals-finding skills over decades of coverage and will only recommend a deal if it is truly a deal, as we compare a product’s deal price to its average total. We will also only recommend products that we think are up to snuff, with the products listed below being ones we’ve reviewed and rated highly.

iPhone 16 with 500GB of monthly data for £30/mth
iPhone deals are sadly few and far between, even during Black Friday, so when a bargain like this comes knocking, I’m going to write about it. iD Mobile has dropped the price of its iPhone 16 500GB data contract to just £30 a month, with an upfront cost of £129. With a total cost of £879 by the time your 24-month contract ends, you’re only paying £80 more than what you would have done if you bought it SIM-free.

Google Pixel 8a (Was £443, now £352)
Sadly, the Pixel 8 Pro deal that’s been doing the rounds for a little while appears to be out of stock at most (if not all) retailers, but here’s the next best thing. Its smaller sibling, the Pixel 8a, is just as fully featured as its pricier counterpart yet it’s a heck of a lot cheaper. Right now, you can pick it up for just £352.
Motorola Edge 50 Fusion (Avg £336, now £251)
If you’re on a tight budget but don’t want to compromise, our smartphone expert Ben Johnston recommends the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion. It’s “the best sub-£400 phone [I’ve] tested this year”, according to Ben, and right now it’s just £251.

Smarty: 80GB data for £10/mth
Our smartphone expert, Ben Johnston, is always going on about Smarty. A network he’s used for a number of years, he sings its praises when it comes to generous data allowances, reliable coverage and bundled EU roaming for his work travels. His personal verdict is backed up by the results of our annual mobile network awards survey, where it won for Best Value and earned Highly Commended awards in almost every other category. For a limited time, you can pick up a massive 80GB of monthly data for just £10 a month.
Voxi: 140GB data for £15/mth
Our current favourite mobile network, Voxi, picked up awards for reliability and value for money in our updated review earlier in the year. The network is offering a pretty sweet data deal right now, quadrupling its 35GB data package to a massive 140GB, all for the same price of £15/mth

Hisense U8N (Was £1,499, then £1,299, now £1,249)
Our favourite TV deal of Black Friday we’ve spotted so far comes from the 65in Hisense U8N, which can currently be picked up for £1,249. That’s £250 off the launch price, and a further £50 off its previous deal price! The TV picked up a five-star rating and a Recommended award in our original review.
Philips OLED759 (Was £1,099, now £849)
But what about an OLED telly for less than a grand? These deals are harder to come by but the Philips OLED759 has received its first major price drop since launch, dipping to just £849 down from an RRP of £1,099. Our TV expert, John Archer, called it a “feature-packed and appealing option for the money” in his review, giving it a four-star score and a Recommended award.
Panasonic W60 (Was £349, now £299)
If you’re after the cheapest telly we recommend this Black Friday, especially if you’re looking for a second TV for the bedroom, then you can do a lot worse than this Panasonic W60 deal. With £50 knocked off the usual price, this Freely TV provides on-demand and live TV without the need for a set-top box or aerial.

Apple AirPods Pro 2 USB-C (Was £213, now £179)
In the words of our very own Head of Reviews, Jon Bray: “This is the best actual deal on headphones I’ve seen so far, I reckon”. If that isn’t praise enough, I don’t know what is. The best earbuds for iPhone users, the introduction of USB-C charging to the already tremendous AirPods Pro 2 was a welcome step for convenience, not to mention the improved audio quality being the cherry on top of an already incredibly appealing package. Featuring its first-ever discount this Black Friday, they’re now only £179. An absolute steal at this price.
CMF by Nothing Buds Pro 2 (Was £59, now £45)
I might have spotted the cheapest headphone deal this Black Friday. The CMF Nothing Buds Pro 2, which in a rare move offer active noise cancellation at an insane price, are now only £45, down from an average price of £59. That’s the lowest they’ve ever been.

Tefal EasyFry Dual Zone air fryer (Was £146, now £100)
Our air fryer expert, Jamie Stedmond, spent an entire week using this air fryer to cook his main meals, and was “impressed with the Tefal Easy Fry Dual Air Fryer’s versatility, performance and healthy cooking”. If you fancy replicating the experience, you can currently pick one up for its lowest-ever price on Amazon this Cyber Monday, going for just £100 – that’s £46 less than average price.

We gave it four stars and a Recommended award in our original review, with air fryer expert, Danielle Amato, being particularly fond of its design and ease of use.
Ninja DoubleStack XL (Was £270, now £219
The Ninja DoubleStack XL – our favourite space-saving air fryer – has received yet another price drop in the Black Friday sales. Beating its previous record price by £11, it’s now only £219. If you ask me, that’s the best price you’re going to see for quite some time.

Sage Barista Touch (Was £919, then £799, now £699)
How about a pretty swish five-star Best Buy-winning coffee machine for a record low this Black Friday? The Sage Barista Touch is a bean-to-cup coffee machine that produced delicious espresso in our tests, and is now only £699, down from an average price of £919 and a previous low of £799. That’s the cheapest this marvellous machine has ever been at Amazon, so don’t miss it.
Nespresso Vertuo Pop (Was £76, now £54)
Coffee machines won’t get much cheaper than this during Black Friday. Admittedly, it isn’t quite the cheapest it’s ever been, but the Nespresso Vertuo Pop, which we gave four stars and a Recommended award in our review last year, is now only £54.
De’Longhi Magnifica S Smart (Was £480, now £309)
A compact, sturdily built coffee machine with a wide range of settings, the De’Longhi Magnifica S Smart is now £58 off over at Currys. Going from £480 to £309, that’s the best price we’ve seen so far.

Shark Stratos (Was £449, now £300)
“A cordless stick that smells as good as it vacuums”. If that isn’t a glowing recommendation, I don’t know what is – and it’s a verdict that comes from our vacuum cleaner expert, Andy Shaw, so you know it’s legit. The Shark Stratos vacuum cleaner is unique in that it releases perfumed fragrances as you clean, and it can be yours for just £300, down from £449.
Gtech Hylite 2 (Was £124, now £75)
The cheapest Black Friday vacuum deal I’ve spotted so far comes in the form of this Gtech Hylite 2 bargain. For just £75, you’re getting a small and light vacuum that easy to store but with improved cleaning over the previous generation. You won’t find a vacuum deal any cheaper this Black Friday, I guarantee that.
Eufy X8 (Was £305, now £179)

Origin Hybrid mattress (Was £629, now £429)
You can expect plenty of mattress deals over the course of Black Friday and this Origin Hybrid deal is the first that’s come through that we recommend. It earned a recommended award in our five-star review, in fact, and now that it’s 45% off (a king size for £429), this isn’t a deal you should sleep on (or you should, I guess).
Otty Pure Hybrid Bamboo mattress (Was £850, now £700)
If you’re a hot sleeper and after a mattress with excellent temperature regulation, then this Otty Pure Hybrid Bamboo mattress saving might be right up your street. Earning a full five stars and a Best Buy award in our original review, the Otty Pure Hybrid Bamboo mattress also provided terrific edge support. Simba Hybrid Pro (Was £1,249, now £937)
Our current favourite mattress, the Simba Hybrid Pro, is reduced to just £937 (king size) until 2 December. It’s not the cheapest mattress deal we’ve spotted, of course, but for the price you’re getting a wonderfully cool and comfortable bed-in-a-box mattress with great ergonomic support. Plus, you also get a 200-night trial.
StaySnug Faux Fur Heated Throw (Was £120, now £60)
A hot recommendation from the Expert Reviews editor, Amy Cutmore, the StaySnug Faux Fur Heated Throw is currently half price at only £60 in Lakeland’s Black Friday sale. A perfect accompaniment for those cold winter months.

Meaco Arete Two (Was £300, now £270)
Our current best pick, the Meaco Arete Two received a perfect five-star score and a Best Buy award in our review and it’s now just £270. That’s not a bad deal for a dehumidifier that usually retails for £300, with quiet performance, effective laundry drying and plenty of drying power for larger rooms. And if it’s still a bit on the pricey side for you, then the slightly older Meaco Arete One is also on offer for £236.
ProBreeze 20l dehumidifier (Was £180, now £160)
This isn’t the most dramatic dehumidifier price drop we’ve spotted, but it’s still pretty good, especially if your budget can’t stretch to the Meaco above. The ProBreeze 20l dehumidifier is now £160, down from £180.

Oral B iO3 (Was £96, now £50)
Are you looking for our top pick amongst the toothbrush crowd? The Oral B iO3 was awarded Best Electric Toothbrush in our Product of the Year awards last year, and it still holds up as one of the best around. It has fantastic battery life in our tests and quiet, effective cleaning for the price. And that price has only improved in this Black Friday deal, dropping to just £50 for a limited time, down from an average of £96.
Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 (Was £208, now £108)
Fancy something flashier? Our favourite high-end SoniCare toothbrush, the DiamondClean 9000, is cheaper than ever at just £108. In our tests, we found that it offers the most powerful clean that Philips brushes offer, and we liked its app connectivity with pressure sensitivity alerts.

Blink Mini 2 (Was £28, now £17.49)
Cheap security cameras don’t get as good as this, especially with this new Black Friday discount. The Blink Mini 2 is our favourite budget security cam, with a dinky weather-resistant design, superb image quality and a handy spotlight feature. It’s now just £17, which is pretty darn cheap and the lowest it’s ever been.
