Black Friday special: Save 30% on Amazon Warehouse goodies
Amazon's little-known stash of secondhand items is enjoying a seriously good sale for Black Friday
One of the best treats of Amazon’s Black Friday bonanza is that the company usually takes the opportunity to clear stock in the Warehouse section of the site. That’s where customer returns or damaged box goods live, and it’s a regular source of bargains.
This year, Amazon is slapping a further 30% discount on select products that have already been reduced. There are hundreds of bargains for those with the patience to seek them out.
The problem of writing a post about this is that there’s usually only one item of each product in stock for obvious reasons. That means that, by the time I link to something, the chances are that it will already be gone, so take the links below as an example of the kind of things you might find – although if any of them are still in stock, you may want to act quickly.
Take, for example, this pair of “like new” Google Mesh Wi-Fi routers. The RRP for these is £224, but this set is £184. When you get through to checkout, a further 30% is taken off, leaving you to pay just £129.
Another example: this 34in Samsung curved ultrawide monitor, which should set you back £726, drops to £508 when you click through to the checkout.
Finally, Motorola’s folding Razr phone is listed in “very good” condition for £1,116. But when you reach the checkout, it drops down to £781. That’s still a lot for a phone, granted, but a significant saving on Motorola’s optimistic RRP all the same.
There are loads of these, and the beauty of Amazon Warehouse is that it keeps getting restocked as customers return items, so bookmark the page and check back over the duration of the sales season. Amazon says that it should run until November 30 – fill your boots!
