The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is now available at its lowest-ever price
You can now get the "five-star" Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus for as low as £577 - that's £222 cheaper than its RRP
Samsung has been on a roll of late. Not only have they announced some great new products – including the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the Galaxy Buds 2 – they have quietly dropped the price of their excellent Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus tablet. You can now get a whopping £220 off the S7 Plus Wi-Fi, which is the tablet’s lowest-ever price on Amazon.
The Tab S7 Plus got five stars in our review and earned a Best Buy award thanks to its laptop-like performance and many features which rivalled the iPad Pro, so if you’re looking for an Android tablet that can compete with the very best, this is a great investment.
There’s a lot to like about the S7 Plus. For one, the price includes the S Pen Stylus so you can save money by not having to buy one separately. That’s not the case with pricier alternatives like the Apple Pencil.
Also, if you’re using this tablet for work, it has the excellent DeX system which – when paired with a keyboard and mouse – can easily be transformed into (almost) a desktop computer. It’s also no slouch when it comes to gaming thanks to the Project xCloud game-streaming service, which lets you download Xbox games straight to your tablet.
As well as a larger screen than the normal S7, the display can go up to 120Hz like the iPad Pro. Unlike the iPad Pro, however, you actually have control over the display with the S7 Plus, so you can toggle between 120Hz and 60Hz, regardless of what app you’re using.
Performance-wise, it fared really well across almost all of our tests, thanks to its Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus processor. Battery life was measured at 11hrs 5mins in our standardised video rundown test, which is sufficiently long enough to last for a full workday without being charged. It’s worth noting that the battery can last an extra 22% when you adjust the display to 60Hz.
Annoyingly, if you want to buy the tablet with 5G capacity, you are going to have to pay a little extra as it’s currently on offer for £869. While that’s not the cheapest price it’s been, is still a good offer with over £100 off.
Overall though, this is a great value tablet for work and play, so if you want a budget alternative to the iPad Pro, then look no further.
