We had more success with the 3D VJ Box, which helps you create visuals to go along with your tracks. This works in the same way as the music Arranger – you select an animation for the background and mix and match 3D animations over the top. You can then export the video and song as a variety of video formats, from H.264 to DivX to WMV.

Dance 6 reloaded looks great but feels rough round the edges and unfinished in parts. It’s no serious music production tool, but if all you’re after is a fun and simple way to put together some uplifting cheesy dance tracks, it’s hard to argue with 1.7GB of samples for £20.
