Samsung Galaxy S10: Save £200 before Black Friday
Have you been eyeing Samsung’s stylish S10? Amazon is offering a stonking discount to help you pull the trigger
The Samsung Galaxy S10 is currently on offer for a tantalising £600 over at Amazon. Samsung’s latest flagship is cheaper than it has ever been, so if you’re in the market for a top-notch Android experience, this is a golden opportunity.
We like the Galaxy S10 here at Expert Reviews. Our reviewer called it “Samsung’s biggest leap forward yet,” awarding it five stars and complimenting everything from the triple rear camera to the enormous AMOLED display.
With killer specs and a design to make even Jony Ive look twice, the S10 is a good example of how far Android (and Samsung) has come since the days when the smartphone market was utterly dominated by Apple. It’s the first Samsung smartphone to offer HDR10+ support and the first to use Samsung’s own-brand Exynos 9820 processor.
It’s water and dust-proof, and it has a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is an absolute joy for anyone reluctant to make the leap to wireless. The battery will last well over a day before running out – when it does, you can charge it wirelessly, via a compatible charger or another Galaxy S10 smartphone. If that’s your cup of tea.
Our biggest complaint was that there were plenty of equally impressive alternatives on the market for less than £800. Obviously, this enormous £200 discount rather solves that problem.
You can snap up the Prism Black model with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM for £600, or if that doesn’t appeal, the 512GB model is available for £809 (down from £1,000). We’d recommend the 128GB model, for obvious, wallet-related reasons.
We don’t know quite how long this deal is going to last, but given that it’s a Black Friday sort, we expect that it will only hang around until 29 November at the absolute latest. If you’re interested (and you should be), we suggest you get your skates on.
