With a powerful processor, fast graphics and a decent 20in monitor, the Matrix II TT is a great all-round PC.
The small, quiet HP Pavilion is fine for undemanding users, but it can't handle games, and you pay a premium for the compact design.
If you're not into gaming, the Inspiron 545/8707's quiet nature may appeal, but there are better deals available.
With a super-fast processor but a budget graphics card, the QC 8400 Pro is a little unbalanced.
Expensive, but its amazing picture quality, fully adjustable stand and high resolution make it a fantastic display if you can afford it.
The H243Hbmid has great picture quality and a great range of inputs. Only the slightly frustrating menu system lets it down slightly.
A decent Full HD monitor, with a clear menu and tons of image-tweaking options, but better-quality displays are available for less.
A smart monitor with an adjustable stand, USB hub and decent picture quality. Its slightly uneven backlight lets it down a little, though.
The EA221WMe is a superb, professional-quality monitor that's ideal for graphics work, but it's expensive for a 22in display.
