Amazon Prime Day: Get a BONKERS early deal on the Google Pixel 7a
Amazon Prime Day isn't until next week, but the five-star Google Pixel 7a has just had its first price drop EVER on the site
The annual Amazon Prime Day fiesta kicks off in earnest on 11 July, but there’s already a peach of a deal on the site: the Google Pixel 7a, which we showered with five stars in our review, for just £399, down from £449. That’s its very first discount on the site, making it the cheapest it’s ever been. Wow.
It’s fair to say that the Google Pixel 7a blew us away when we first got it in for testing: as we explain in more detail in our full review, its exceptional cameras, swift internals, boosted battery life and gorgeous display meant it was the worthy winner of an Expert Reviews Best Buy award. That’s the highest praise we can bestow.

The £399 price ahead of Amazon Prime Day is for the 128GB version of the handset in a choice of three classy colours (the romantically named Charcoal, Sea or Snow) and you’ll also get a charger in the box, which is increasingly rare nowadays.
As always with phone deals this attention-grabbing, just make sure you get in there as quickly as possible because this stellar saving won’t be around for long.

If the official Amazon Prime Day deals are anywhere near as good as this one, we’re in for a treat next week. As always, the best place to find the biggest bargains is our central deals hub, which we’ll be constantly updating throughout the sales period. Happy shopping!
