This is the CHEAPEST phone deal in the Amazon Spring Sale
A great budget smartphone for less than £100? You must be joking
You might think it would be impossible to buy a decent smartphone for less than £100 these days, but this hefty Amazon Spring Sale discount on the Nokia C21 Plus is here to prove you wrong.
Arriving as part of the online retailer’s two-day bargain bonanza, you can pick up the ultra-cheap Nokia C21 Plus for a mere £85. That’s the cheapest it’s been since Black Friday ended last year and is a healthy reduction of £12.67 compared to its average going rate. Not bad for a phone that was already miraculously cheap to begin with.
When we reviewed the Nokia C21 Plus last year at its initial launch price of £100, we commended it for eclipsing its predecessor, the Nokia 1.4, in a number of ways, including faster performance, a nicer design and a rather swish screen.
In fact, when a phone is this cheap it’s really hard to pick faults. Admittedly, the battery life could be longer, and when it does run out, the slow micro-USB charging is tiresome, but these are relatively minor niggles considering how little you’re paying upfront.
As such, the Nokia C21 Plus shot straight to position number two as the most affordable choice in our Best Budget Smartphones list, where it remains to this day. Not that your options are plentiful at this price, but nothing else comes remotely close at present.
If this has scratched your deals itch, you better act fast. Amazon’s Spring Sale is only a two-day affair, coming to an end on 29 March.
Craving more savings? Well, the deals don’t stop there, with all sorts of bargains to be scooped up over the next couple of days. We’ve already seen some hefty discounts across a wide range of categories, including laptops, stand mixers and TVs, so keep your eyes peeled on our Spring Sale roundup page for a regularly updated list of the deals that matter.
