Sony Ericsson U5i Vivaz review
Our Rating :

inc VAT A beautiful design with a great camera, however the Symbian operating system creaks under the weight of Vodafone's branding, making it a nightmare to use.

If you’ve used Nokia or Sony Ericsson phones before and feel happy with Symbian, you might find it easy to customise the Vivaz to remove the excessive branding. The fact still remains that, while there may be many apps for Symbian phones, they aren’t as useful as the apps you’d find for the iPhone or any Android phone.
There’s no doubt the Vivaz will sell well based on its design, plus the combination of decent stills and 720p video capture. However, while we loved its hardware, we couldn’t live with the operating system and the poor selection of available apps.
