The Samsung Galaxy Note Plus 10 5G is going super cheap right now
How does £400 off and a free Galaxy Watch Active sound?
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G is a remarkable handset. What it isn’t is remarkably cheap, but a combination of offers on the Samsung website suddenly makes it a whole lot more appealing.
First off, the phone itself is £899.99 – a good start, given that represents a saving of £200 on its original RRP of £1,099.
It gets better though: scroll down the page and you’ll notice that Samsung is offering a free Galaxy Watch Active for Note 10 Plus 5G handsets bought between now and 29 January.
Finally, Samsung seems to be feeling generous in giving money for old rope – or old phones, in this case. Scroll yet further down the page and you’ll see a box labelled “Trade-In” and, as far as we can tell from the Ts and Cs, any phone traded in will get you at least £200 off the price as long as it turns on and isn’t cracked.
That means you’re paying at most £699.99 for a brilliant phone that’s about as futureproofed as handsets can be at the time of writing. True, 5G coverage is limited now – and that’s putting it generously – but hopefully, that situation will improve as we move into 2020.
If you don’t want or need 5G, it’s worth noting that – unlike the 5G version of the Galaxy S10 – this is essentially the same handset as the Note 10 Plus. Not that that’s a bad thing though. In fact, Nathan described the regular Note 10 Plus as “the best smartphone – Android or otherwise – that I’ve ever used.” High praise indeed.
“Not only is it the fastest Samsung phone ever, but it’s the biggest too. The cameras – as plentiful as they are – are absolutely superb, especially when it comes to video, and the battery life is sensational.”
Now you can get it for £699.99 (if you have an old working Android phone to sacrifice) with a free Galaxy Watch Active, there really has never been a better time to buy.
