This deal comes from Samsung itself: on the tech company’s website, the 5G-ready handset with 256GB of storage is going for the reduced price of £899 (down from £1,099). So while we could hardly say this flagship ‘phablet’ is now cheap, it’s certainly a whole lot cheaper.
As you can read in our full review, our response to the Galaxy Note 10 was a measured one. While it was a clear upgrade on its predecessor, the Note 9, we regretted the lack of any radical changes, and the fact it wasn’t 5G-compatible. Of course, that’s now changed. (You can head to our What is 5G? page for more information about this super-fast technology). For fans of the South Korean phone maker, the £899 price tag might just be competitive enough for them to take the plunge.
