The iPhone 11 has already dropped in price in the early Black Friday sales, mere months after it first launched. It’s not often that Apple’s newest-generation smartphones receive the discount treatment so quickly, but this year we’ve seen more price cuts than ever before.
The best place to go this year is Fonehouse, where you’ll find a long list of 100GB contract deals for a bunch of smartphones. If you fancy the new iPhone 11, then you can pick one up on a 24-month contract with Three for only £40 a month with no upfront cost. That works out at a total cost of only £960 by the time your contract comes to an end.
That’s not a bad deal when you consider that the SIM-free price for the 64GB model is still priced at £729, so you’re effectively getting a 100GB data SIM for £231 – or roughly £9.63 a month. If you need more internal storage – the iPhone 11 doesn’t have a microSD card slot – then the 128GB model is an extra £5 a month.
This is the best iPhone 11 deal we’ve seen so far, and with another full week of deals still to come, I really can’t see anything topping this. We’ve already seen discounts across a wide range of Apple devices, but most deals have included year-old smartphones that are a bit past their prime, so to be able to pick up the latest iPhone on the cheap is really something else.
As our resident Apple expert, Jon Bray, quite-rightly summarised in his iPhone 11 review: “The iPhone 11 holds its own when it comes to outright performance and camera quality. Indeed, I can see the iPhone 11 giving Apple’s smartphone sales a significant shot in the arm this year.”
