OnePlus 6 drops to its lowest ever price for Prime Day: Get a 128GB model for just £399 – saving £120

Amazon has knocked £120 off the RRP of £519 making the 128GB OnePlus 6 cheaper than buying the £469, 64GB version

For a limited time, Amazon has dropped the price of the 128GB OnePlus 6 to just £399 – the lowest it’s ever been – in honour of Prime Day 2019.

This represents a price drop of £120 from the RRP of £519, or 23%, and makes it cheaper than buying the £469, 64GB model.

Since its launch last May, the Chinese firm’s phone has largely held its value because it’s such a standout device.

Upon its release, it was the cheapest way of getting a device powered by the souped up Snapdragon 845 chipset. Its main rivals – Sony’s Xperia XZ2, Samsung’s Galaxy S9 Plus and the Huawei P20 Pro – cost in excess of £700.

It comes with a 6.28in full HD display, a 20MP dual camera on the rear and a 16 MP selfie camera. The phone is available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage models with either 6GB and 8GB of RAM.

There are then three colours to choose from: matte “midnight” black, reflective “mirror” black and a special “silk” white model, with pearl powder underneath the rear glass panel that shimmers when the phone catches the light. All three colours are on offer.

A countdown on the individual product pages shows this deal ending at midnight on 16 July, the final day of the Prime Day 2019 sale.
