This Samsung Galaxy Note 9 deal is excellent value
£33 per month and no upfront cost with this code
Unlike the Galaxy S series, which can often be had cheaper than Samsung’s high asking price, Galaxy Note phones have a habit of sticking stubbornly to their RRP.
That’s annoying, because said RRP is astonishingly high, even by flagship smartphone standards. The Note 9 with 128GB of internal storage is supposed to sell for £899, while the 512GB model sells for £1,099.
That’s why this deal from Buymobiles.net is well worth a look. Don’t get me wrong, this is still far from the cheapest way of buying a top-end smartphone, but if you really want a Galaxy Note 9 with the lovely bundled S Pen, then right now this is the way to do it – and it manages to undercut that pesky high RRP over the course of two years, as well.

What you’re looking at is £33 per month for the Note 9 on EE with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 30GB of data each month. Some context here, I’m on 10GB each month and I barely get through a third of that. Because it’s on EE, you get free BT Sport (three months), Apple Music and Prime Video (both six months) making it a very compelling package.
Now officially, it comes with a £255 upfront cost, but you can magically remove that completely by entering the code 255NOTE9 at checkout. That means that over the course of the two-year contract, you’ll pay out £792: a £107 saving on the SIM-free price – and that’s without the silly quantities of data each month.
It should go without saying that the Note 9 is one of the best phones we’ve ever reviewed, with the only sticking point being that price. It has the best screen around, takes wonderful photographs and has all the magic of doodling with the S Pen.
£33 per month may still not be cheap, but it’s excellent value for a handset of this quality.
