Is the Samsung Galaxy S9 worth it?
There’s no denying that the Samsung Galaxy S9 is an impressive handset. But is it enough of a step-up from the Galaxy 8 and how does it compare to the S10? When it launched, we were rather taken by its 12-megapixel f/1.5 rear camera, which performs way better in low light conditions than its predecessor. And we rated its Exynos 9810 processor for drastically faster performance. It doesn’t look dramatically different from the S8 but if you’re a keen photographer, it’s a tempting proposition, even if it is significantly more expensive than its forebearer. The S10 improves on the S9 in a number of ways thanks to its better-looking screen and substantial redesign but if you can’t stomach its sky high launch price, the Galaxy S9 is a good bet.
