Frozen has been one of the best-received animated children’s movies of recent times. Since its release back in 2013, it has gained critical acclaim for its insanely catchy songs and strong female characters with a total of 81 award wins, including the Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film in 2014.
Follow Anna and her friends – the mountain man, his trusty reindeer and Olaf the snowman – as they help change the frosty weather conditions Anna’s sister, Queen Elsa, has brought down upon their home. Along the way they belt out a number of instant hits such as Let it Go and Do You Want to Build a Snowman, which you’ll no doubt have already heard – even if you haven’t watched the film.
You might recognise these voices from a whole host of other movies and TV shows. The star-studded cast includes singing sensation Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell and Jonathon Groff amongst other famous names.

How to watch Frozen in the UK and US: Disney Plus
Many of you will have been eagerly awaiting Disney Plus’s arrival in the UK and, after an agonising wait, that day has finally come. Luckily for all you Frozen fans (or weary parents), Frozen is on the extensive list of content included with your subscription.
Disney Plus will set UK users back £5.99 p/mth or £59.99 p/yr, and if you aren’t completely sold you can trial the service for 7 days, free of charge, to help you make your mind up.
For those of you in the US, you’ll be happy to know that Frozen and Frozen 2 are both available on the platform as of now.

How to watch Frozen in the UK: Amazon Prime Video
You can also watch Frozen on Amazon Prime Video, and you won’t have to wait until 24 March. You can rent the film for £3.49 or purchase it for £13.99. Other options include buying the DVD for £6.98.
Unfortunately, Frozen isn’t included within the free Prime content, although it could well be added in the future. If this sounds tempting, you can sign up to Prime for £7.99/mth, or £79/yr. You’ll gain access to an entire library of TV shows and movies at no extra cost with plenty of other extras thrown in such as free next-day delivery.
How to watch Frozen in the UK: Sky
If you’re a Sky customer you’ll be able to buy and keep Frozen for £13.99 or rent it for £3.49. Other options include buying it with the DVD (£15.99) or with the Blu-ray (£17.99).
Signing up to Sky gives you access to thousands of TV shows and original Sky content. Sky TV and cinema bundles start from £36/mth but if you’d rather build your own bundle it’s £11/mth extra on top of what else you’ve chosen.
