How to watch Harry Potter: Watch all eight Harry Potter films online anywhere in the world

When J.K. Rowling published Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in June 1997, little did she realise that she would create a character and story that would be beloved for generations to come. Not surprisingly, all seven of her books have now been turned into eight spell-binding movies that adults and kids constantly re-watch fondly to this day.

At the time of writing, the only place where you can currently watch all eight Harry Potter films online is Peacock TV, a US-based streaming service by NBCUniversal.

When we last checked, you could watch the first three Harry Potter films for free, but you need to subscribe to one of Peacock TV’s two subscription plans to watch the remaining five. Peacock TV has two subscription plans: Peacock Premium costs $4.99/mth and Peacock Premium Plus costs $9.99/mth. The former is ad-supported and the latter has fewer ads and lets you download some content to watch offline. The best thing about both plans is that you can cancel your subscription at any time.

How to watch the Harry Potter films online: Peacock TV

Since we first wrote this article, the Harry Potter films have appeared and then been taken down from different streaming services, just like Harry and his Invisibility Cloak. For most of this year, none of the Harry Potter films were available to watch online on any streaming service, including the likes of Netflix and Disney Plus.

However, we used our Marauder’s Map to search for the films once again and our recent search revealed that all eight Harry Potter films are now available to stream on Peacock, which is a US-based streaming service owned by NBCUniversal. The service has three tiers: one free, and two that you need to pay for. You can stream the first three Potter films on the free tier, meaning you can watch Harry Potter’s first few years as a freshman Hogwarts wizard without paying a penny.

Meanwhile, the Peacock Premium tier costs $4.99/mth. Apart from the thousands of hours of movies and TV series that’s available in the free version, this version also gives you access to live sports including the Premier League and live events, including WWE. The only downside with this subscription tier is that it’s mainly ad-supported.

The final Premier Plus tier costs $9.99/mth and it includes everything on the Premier tier with the added benefit of fewer ads and the option to watch select titles offline on your mobile device. Both the Premier and Premier Plus tiers don’t tie you down to any long-term contracts, so you can cancel your subscription whenever you want.

How to watch the Harry Potter films anywhere in the world: use a good VPN service

At present, Peacock TV is the only streaming service in the world that has all eight Harry Potter films. Not surprisingly, the UK edition is a number-one best-seller in the Children & Family category. You get 16 discs comprising of all eight films, starting with Harry Potter’s humble beginnings with the Dursleys, to his ultimate showdown with He Who Must Not Be Named.

Sky Cinema often regurgitates its film library, so we won’t be surprised if Potter and his mates appear on Sky TV in the near future.
