Back Friday deal: Fitbit Inspire for just £40 at Amazon
Amazon has cut the price of the Fitbit Inspire fitness tracker for Black Friday
The Fitbit Inspire wearable has seen its price slashed in an Amazon Black Friday deal, bringing it down to £39.99.
That marks a £30 drop from the recommended retail price, although Amazon has recently been selling the Fitbit Inspire for £49.99. Still, it’s an all-time low price for the wearable from the omnipresent retailer.
For £39.99, you’ll be getting a solid fitness tracker. In his review, Alan Martin praised its stylish design and fantastic associated app, but did flag that for a little bit extra you can get the superior Fitbit Inspire HR. The sale puts a bit more distance between those prices, but you may want to consider the alternative anyway.
“The Fitbit Inspire is a stripped-down version of the Fitbit Inspire HR,” wrote Alan. “That means it shares the same form factor, the same screen and – for the first time in living memory – the same charger. The element that’s been stripped out is the heart-rate sensor, hence the lack of ‘HR’ in the title. […] Fitbit has also removed the connected GPS functionality, meaning it won’t give you run data on your wrist.
It might not have heart rate monitoring of in-built GPS, but if you’re looking for a relatively cheap fitness tracker from a major brand, the Fitbit Inspire is still worth considering – whether you’re buying it for yourself or scouting out early Christmas presents.
