What is Odeon Limitless?
Odeon Limitless allows you to watch as many films as you want, whenever you want, in Odeon cinemas for a monthly fee of £17.99 (£19.99 including cinemas in Central London). This includes any standard 2D screening with standard seating, but excludes any Odeon Event Cinema screenings and private screenings such as festivals and premieres.
Odeon Limitless also gets you 10% off in-cinema food and drink as well as invitations to exclusive preview screenings.
How do I cancel my Odeon Limitless membership?
In any circumstance, to cancel your Odeon Limitless membership, you will need to call the Limitless customer service line on 0333 004 4411.
If you’ve joined Odeon Limitless and have paid for your membership online, you have a 14 day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your membership and receive a refund of the fees you have paid (minus a deduction based on how long your membership benefits were available before you cancelled).

If you have paid an upfront payment to cover the minimum period of 12 months, your subscription will automatically terminate at the end of this period and you will have to rejoin to continue your membership.
However, you have the right to cancel your subscription within the minimum membership period due to medical reasons (where you are unable to use your membership for at least eight weeks), moving residence outside the UK, or due to a serious breach by Odeon.
If you are paying a monthly fee, you will need to give a notice of at least 30 days before you want your membership to end – this will give Odeon time to cancel your direct debit. Your membership will end on the date you are paid up to.
