Sadly, the glitch that saw the iPad mini 4 being sold for just £4 has been withdrawn and this particular model is no longer available.
Depending on the iPad you choose, Currys PC World is additionally offering an extra £50 off the marked price if you trade in an old iPad at the same time. If the iPad is compatible for this trade-in deal, it will be highlighted below where you select the storage size.
Apple iPad mini 5 (Save up to £100)
The greatest savings are to be had on the iPad mini 5, Apple’s latest 7.9in tablet. The 256GB model in gold is now £549, down from £649. The same sized model, in grey, is £81 cheaper at £569, while the gold 64GB iPad mini 5 is £459, £60 cheaper than its £519 RRP.
You can additionally save £18 on the 64GB, Wi-Fi-only model making it £397. Find out more about the tablet’s specs and performance in our Apple iPad mini 5 review.
Apple 9.7in iPad (was £319, now £289)
Available in silver, grey or gold, the 32GB Apple 9.7in iPad is now £289, down from £319 – a saving of £30, or you can get the 128GB model for £369, down from £409.
This 2018 iPad model has a Retina display, 8MP camera that films in full HD, is powered by the A10 Fusion chip and comes with a 10-hour battery life.
Apple 10.2in iPad (Save up to £14)
Less of a saving, but a saving nonetheless, Currys PC World is offering the 2019 iPad 10.2in at a discount of either £12 or £14 depending on which model you buy.
The 32GB gold model is now £335, down from £349, whereas the silver model is £337 and the grey version is £339. All three versions have Retina displays, 8MP cameras, 10-hour battery lives and run on the A10 Fusion Chip.
Little separates the 10.2in model from the 9.7in in terms of specifications, aside from the larger screen of course, but Reviews Editor Jon Bray describes the 10.2in iPad as the “best laptop you can buy under £450”, alluding to the fact that when it’s used with Apple’s Smart Keyboard (sold separately), this tablet is a fantastic laptop alternative.
Currys PC World is also offering any of these iPads on credit in which you pay nothing for six months and either clear the balance at the end of this six-month period, or pay in instalments with an 24.9% APR representative.
All of these purchases qualify for a free one-year subscription to Apple TV Plus, the tech giant’s streaming service designed to rival the likes of Netflix.
Plus, if you buy a one-year licence to Microsoft Office 365 to use on these iPads, you can get £20 off using the code OFFICE20.
